Beautiful Pennsylvania

For my birthday Glenn and I decided to take a trip north into the Poconos and find some waterfalls. This is Raymondskill falls near Milford PA.
Dingman's Falls was also spectacular. We walked through a small Rhododendron forest to get to it.  The rhododendrons were just about to bloom.

Silver Thread Falls is right near Dingman's.

There are many more falls in that general area so we will have to go back some day.

Oma's backyard

This year we have a bunch of nests, finches, sparrows, a wren and easiest accessible.... two baby robins! They stayed in the nest so long that I though they were waiting for Social Security to kick in..

My Asiatic lilies love Glenn's new flowerbeds and we can see the blooms from inside.Sweet William is doing very well...
as are the Marguerites.......
Finally we got the pond clean after an onslaught of rose petals...

and Holly is back on the frog hunt.
Glenn built two new trellises to keep the roses back the one on the left still needs work.

We love our little rose trees!

One perfect rose!
